Savannah City Council could appoint new mayor at next meeting


SAVANNAH, Mo. - The Savannah City Council still hasn't officially installed a new mayor yet. Former Mayor Don Dillman passed away last month.

City Administrator Bruce Lundy told KXCV/KRNW that Council Board President Kirk Larson has been doing the Mayor's duties.

Lundy says they also approved a wastewater bid to haul sludge at this week's meeting. The next city council meeting is scheduled for Feb. 17.
